GENERAL INFORMATION

• 14—seventy-five minute games
• Gams played Wednesday or Sundays
• Two referees and a scorekeeper
• No games May 22 & July 1, 2012
• All teams must have four females (minimum)

FEES

• $2,999.00 (Tax included) per team

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

• $1,499.00 non-refundable deposit, payable with registration
• $1,500.00 June 1, 2012
