**No games Dec. 24-26, 31, Jan. 1 and Feb 5 (Super Bowl).
All other holidays & special events dates games will be scheduled**

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Games played Monday-Sunday
• 31 League Games/2 Playoff Games guaranteed
• Every team makes the playoffs
• 1¼ hour games
• Referees & Scorekeeper provided
• Standings on Website (Statspro)
• All players must be 19 years or older, Photo I.D. Required upon registration.
• 5 Divisions available

FEES

• $8,999.00 (Tax included) per team

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

• $1,499.00 non-refundable deposit, payable with registration
• $1,875.00 September 15, 2011
• $1,875.00 October 15, 2011
• $1,875.00 November 15, 2011
• $1,875.00 December 15, 2011
